This is a high-profile strategic leadership opportunity, offered as a 3-year contract, with a day rate of 900- 1,500 (Inside IR35). This role requires an experienced leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale national programmes, managing substantial budgets, building and leading high-performing teams, and developing trusted relationships with executive and board-level stakeholders. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable presenting programme governance at board level as they are challenging technical teams to drive delivery, manage risk and shape programme strategy.
