Design and deliver a distinctive curriculum that meets both student needs and local/regional skills demands.

Lead and coordinate the delivery team , ensuring students have up-to-date course information and support throughout their studies.

Create engaging programme activities that enhance understanding of objectives, assessments, and awarding body requirements.

Develop course materials such as handbooks and resources to provide clarity and structure for learners.

Work collaboratively with department leadership to drive outstanding student progress and success.

You will bring creativity, organisation and passion to this role, planning and delivering engaging, innovative lessons that inspire and challenge students. ll candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met.

Employees can move up the salary scale once you have worked as a Programme Director for our group for one entire academic year, subject to approval.
