Programme Director

Programme Director PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage Network in the UK and form part of the LSL Property Services plc group. We are recruiting for a Programme Director for a 6-month contract. Role Purpose: - The Programme Director will provide senior design leadership across a complex, multi-workstream transformation programme. They will be responsible for shaping and governing the end-to-end solution architecture across business and technology domains, ensuring that delivery teams work towards a coherent, secure, and supportable target state. Working closely with programme leadership, Group Technology, suppliers, and business stakeholders, this role will bring clarity to complex delivery challenges, align architectural decisions with business outcomes, and help ensure successful programme delivery. The successful candidate will balance strategic thinking with pragmatic decision-making, providing clear direction while supporting delivery teams in navigating technical, operational, and organizational complexities. Architecture Leadership and Direction: - Define and maintain the target and transitional architecture required to support programme objectives. Establish clear architectural principles, standards, and design approaches to promote consistency across workstreams.
