Programme Coordinator (Schools) Programme Coordinator (Schools) - The PATHS Programme for Schools (UK and NI Version) and Social Emotional Learning programmes. Barnardo''s is seeking qualified teachers to join our team supporting schools and settings across Northern Ireland with the implementation of Social Emotional Learning and the PATHS Programme - promoting the positive mental health and wellbeing of children in primary schools, pre-schools and childcare settings. The PATHS Programme is an evidence-based whole-school social and emotional learning programme that has been implemented and supported by Barnardo''s for over 14 years. As Programme Coordinator you will provide coaching support and whole-school/setting development to mainstream schools/settings engaged with our SEL programmes. Further to this, you will support the expansion of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) within new SEND school provisions, we are extending the delivery of the PATHS Programme to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. The Programme Co-ordinator for this post will lead the implementation and development of PATHS across a number of SEND settings, providing training, guidance and ongoing implementation support to school staff.
