Programme Officer (Temp)A well-established organisation based in Belfast, are currently seeking an experienced Programme Officer to join their Joint Secretariat team.This is a Full-Time, Temporary Position - initially for 6-9 months (with an immediate start) - must attend the office at least 3 days per week.Working hours: Monday to Friday (37 hours per week).With a salary of £37,694 - £38,990 per annum (dependent on experience).Job Purpose:You will be responsible for assisting with the mobilisation, implementation, and monitoring of a portfolio of projects under the Programmes for which the business is responsible. This will include supporting the development of project applications, providing advice and guidance where appropriate. Assess applications and provide funding recommendations to the Committees. Essential Criteria:A minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C (including English Language and Maths) or equivalent OR a minimum of Leaving Certificate (Standard/Ordinary level) - 5 grades A-C (including English Language and Maths) or equivalent.Experience of contributing to the operational planning process within the public, private, voluntary or community sectors.Demonstrable experience in working with, understanding and interpreting financial data.Experience in review of non-financial information (reports etc) and follow-up action as required.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Critically assess applications using both financial and non-financial information, collating findings and key ..... full job details .....
