We''re looking for an experienced Programme Coordinator and Family Engagement Lead to help deliver two innovative mental health programmes across East London, supporting participant engagement, building partnerships and ensuring young people can access high-quality, culturally responsive support. About Us Total Insight Theatre is an award-winning community organisation with extensive experience delivering culturally responsive mental health, wellbeing and creative health programmes for children, young people and families. About the Role This is an opportunity to support the delivery of two funded Children and Young People''s Mental Health programmes across Newham, Hackney and Tower Hamlets. As Programme Coordinator and Family Engagement Lead, you will act as a central point of contact for young people, families, schools and referral partners. You will play a key role in participant recruitment, family engagement, partnership development, programme coordination and monitoring, helping to ensure children, young people and families can access support quickly, safely and effectively. You will be joining the organisation at an exciting stage of growth and will have the opportunity to help shape innovative programmes designed to improve outcomes for communities who are often underserved by traditional services.
