A key focus of this role will be the implementation of the PATHS Programme (Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies), alongside wider SEL approaches. PATHS is a well established, evidence based programme that supports children and young people to develop essential life skills, including self awareness, self management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision making. About the role As Programme Co ordinator, you will play a central role in embedding high quality SEL practice across a range of educational settings.
