Programme Co-Ordinator (Schools) - Pembrokeshire
PATHS (Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies) is a well established, evidence based social and emotional learning (SEL) programme. It supports young children to build core life skills including self awareness, self management, social awareness, healthy relationships and responsible decision making. About the role As Programme Co ordinator, you will lead the local implementation of PATHS, working collaboratively with preschool teams to embed the programme effectively and confidently into daily practice. Your role will be both hands on and strategic, and will include: Providing coaching and ongoing support to Early Years settings delivering PATHS Modelling high quality programme delivery in preschool environments Delivering training and guidance to staff to build confidence and consistency Developing strong, inclusive relationships with settings to support positive outcomes for children You''ll be part of a supportive UK wide Barnardo''s PATHS team, with access to full training, resources and peer support to help you succeed and grow in the role.
