      <description>Location: City | Salary: 19.59-19.59 Hourly | Type: Permanent | We are currently recruiting a Programme Benefits Officer (Staff Officer) for our client based in Belfast, Airport Road. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.   Start date: ASAP Rate of pay: £19.59PH Duration: 1/10/2026 with possibility of extension Hours of work: 37   Key Responsibilities:   Role is within a Benefits and Change Management Team, which oversees the tracking of Programme-level benefits as part of a wider of a wider public sector organisational review programme. Main duties include: • Supporting the tracking of benefits in line with project and programme management best practice. • Compiling monitoring and progress reports related to programme change and benefits realisation. • Assisting with the operation of Programme governance structures • Assisting with the development of programme change related plans, including a Change Management Strategy.
