Job description This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the Associate Programme in the core team of On Purpose London, an international social enterprise dedicated to developing leaders for transformative change. The Programme and Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the programme runs smoothly and that the participants, our Associates, have a great experience. Person profile We are seeking an organised self-starter who can bring great organisational skills to the recruitment of participants, and programme delivery of our well-known cohort-based learning programme. You will work closely with our current On Purpose Associates and the L+D Programme team to deliver an outstanding learning and development programme that supports our Associates to transition into critical roles in systemic change.
