The postholder plays an important role in keeping the programme organised and running smoothly — coordinating meetings, managing information, supporting communications and ensuring that the team has the administrative foundation it needs to deliver at pace.    This is a busy, varied role that requires someone who is well-organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
