Programme Administrator

Morgan McKinley Northern Home Counties are excited to be supporting a leading financial services business in recruiting a Programme Administrator. This role is about making sure all the paperwork, applications, and funding for lease business are handled quickly and accurately, while keeping customers and the sales team fully supported. Responsibilities:Collect and check lease applications from customers and sales repsMake sure all information is complete before it goes to the credit teamFollow up with customers or sales reps when documents are missingEnter application details into the system for account setup and reviewSend contracts and paperwork directly to customers and follow up until completeShare credit decisions with customers and sales teams over phone and emailHelp the sales team close approved applications so more deals go throughSupport in promoting lease programs to reps and franchiseesIdeal Candidate:Degree or relevant work experience in finance, leasing, or admin4+ years'' experience in a similar role, ideally with some credit backgroundGood knowledge of leasing/finance processes and strong admin skillsConfident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Excellent communication and phone skillsHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage several tasks at onceFriendly, approachable, and able to work well with both customers and colleaguesHours and Pay:Full-time, office-based in Kettering37.5 hours per week, shifts between 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM ..... full job details .....
