Program Vice President - PMG Strategic Initiatives

The Opportunity: The Program Vice President - FIE PMG Strategic Initiatives is responsible for driving enhancements to existing processes leveraging optimization and risk model technology while aiming to seek additional use cases and processes that would benefit from solution use. They will work with other leaders across PMG, PCG, PCGI, and FIIG to identify opportunities and compare and contrast methodology considerations for production implementation. This may include identifying gaps and opportunities in current state operation and formulating recommendations for new capabilities and processes in close alignment with business leadership. Responsibilities include collaborating across multiple functional groups including Strategic Initiatives, PMG level groups, and EVP level verticals across the firm. Expectations include realizing measurable outcomes, utilizing critical thinking, independent action, and proactively aligning efforts amongst peers, third party consultants, and leaders across all involved functions. They will lead the incubation and initiation of projects and will mentor and coach other team members to carry out testing and support of analysis and recommendations.
