The Mission
Join a global SaaS leader''s EMEA arm to build from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of BizOps, you will lead high-impact initiatives including a new enterprise sales motion, BPO consolidation, and pipeline operationalization.
This is a "zero-to-one" role for a builder who thrives in a fast-moving, resource-light environment. No heavy meeting cadences-just high-autonomy delivery.
The Must-Haves
SaaS DNA: Direct experience working inside a SaaS enterprise.
Sales Exposure: Deep fluency in the end-to-end enterprise sales motion.
Sales Ops Mastery: Hands-on experience with pipeline governance, forecasting, and CRM.
PgM Craft: Instinctive RAID management and governance (not just theoretical).
The Perfect Fit
You have navigated both Big Tech (e.g., Salesforce, Meta) and scale-ups. You are a high-signal communicator who can command credibility with Directors and VPs while rolling up your sleeves to build frameworks from scratch.
