Program Manager - OSS Programs - Onsite, Greater London A global organisation is seeking a Program Manager to lead and support a large-scale OSS transformation programme, overseeing governance, budgets, multiple workstreams and key stakeholders. This will be a Full time permanent opportunity worked onsite, just outside of Greater LondonKey Responsibilities/Skills: Extensive experience managing large-scale Telecom and OSS transformation programs. Proven ability to deliver complex programs spanning OSS applications, platforms, connectivity solutions and network infrastructure. Strong governance, planning, budgeting and financial management experience. Experience managing multi-million-pound program budgets, forecasts and financial reporting. Strong experience working with Cyber Security teams, architects, controls and compliance stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies and escalations. Lead engagement with Cyber Security, Risk, Control and Compliance teams to ensure security requirements are Embedded into program delivery.
