Program Manager III, IBSC, GSF Supply Chain

We are hiring a Program Manager to manage the Inbound Supply Chain design and execution charter for the GSF Fresh Network in India. The incumbent will be responsible to manage Supply Chain processes across Inbound, Transportation for IN Fresh network and drive Operational excellence. The incumbent will also be driving high impact customer experience and cost optimization projects. These projects will typically involve designing and building complex new processes, driving technology solutions, driving large cost reduction or efficiency improvement initiatives or solving for scale up.

Key job responsibilities1) Design Supply Chain processes, planning workstreams and drive automation2) Work with finance, business, transportation and other Amazon teams to build processes and drive execution3) Responsible for conducting external and internal benchmarking exercises to guide Supply Chain decisions4) Create a plan and manage execution to deliver results5) Develop a roadmap and metrics to measure progress of the initiatives they own. Own writing reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis.6) Liaise across functions to drive negotiation, alignment and take logical decisions while maintaining high speed of execution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master''s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
