Role Title: Program Manager (Architecture Portfolio) Location: Sheffield 3 days a week Duration: 7 months Rate: up to 620 per day umbrellaRole Description The Program Manager, Architecture Portfolio is responsible for establishing, managing, and driving the delivery of the Architecture Portfolio within the CTO organisation. The role provides leadership, governance, and execution oversight across a portfolio of architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment to HSBC''s technology strategy, transformation objectives, and enterprise architecture standards. This position requires exceptional programme leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multiple interdependent initiatives across a global, matrixed organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes that support technology modernisation, simplification, resilience, and strategic change.
