Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) - Corporate Permanent Full-Time Are you a Corporate Lawyer looking to move away from fee-earning while remaining closely involved in high-quality transactional work? Key responsibilities: Developing and maintaining corporate precedents, templates and technical guidance Providing research and technical support on complex corporate and transactional matters Acting as a key point of contact for legal and regulatory developments Delivering training programmes and supporting Lawyer development at all levels Creating practical know-how resources and promoting best practice across the team Supporting client-facing content, legal updates and business development initiatives Driving legal technology adoption and process improvement projects Encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing across corporate and specialist teams About you: 6+ years'' PQE in Corporate law ..... full job details .....
