Role: Professional Services Technical LeadLocation: NewburySalary: 70k Role OverviewThe Professional Services Technical Lead is a senior, hands-on technical role responsible for setting technical direction and leading the design and delivery of complex client solutions. The role acts as the technical authority for Professional Services and Field Engineering, ensuring solutions are secure, supportable, well documented and delivered in line with client requirements, agreed scope, timescales and technical standards. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership and Solution DesignAct as the technical authority for Professional Services and Field Engineering engagements, providing technical direction and decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, scoping, design, implementation, migration, testing and handover of complex client solutions.Translate business and client requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, statements of work, bills of materials, risk assessments and acceptance criteria.Establish and maintain technical standards, reference architectures, build conventions, security controls and quality assurance processes.Review and challenge proposed solutions for technical accuracy, security, resilience, compatibility, scalability, supportability and commercial viability.Hands-on Project DeliveryPerform hands-on implementation and configuration across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security and modern ..... full job details .....
