Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and security awareness practices.Implement and configure Egress solutions for small to mid-sized business customers post-purchase.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.Record and track customer deployment activities.Support Senior Professional Services colleagues and mentor junior team members as needed.Adhere to and promote security awareness practices in accordance with ISMS procedures.Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure customers receive value from their purchased solution(s).Independently troubleshoot and resolve the majority of technical issues, seeking assistance from senior colleagues for more complex problems.Complete all policy requests received from customers or when supporting other team members.Minimum Qualifications

Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security FieldMinimum of 1 year experience in similar or related positionTwo-year degree preferredFamiliarity with firewall and email protocols is preferredExcellent verbal and written communicationsHighly organized and result-orientedExcellent time management and organization skillsCan demonstrate technical troubleshooting and analysis abilityCan demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect and commitmentStrong collaborative and teamwork skillsMust be able to work with minimal supervisionAdditional Information
