Professional Services Engineer Backup and RecoveryRemote UK £60,000 £80,000VIQU have partnered with a specialist managed service provider who are looking to recruit two Professional Services Engineers to join their growing Projects and Professional Services team. The successful Professional Services Engineers will be responsible for the hands-on deployment and implementation of enterprise backup and data protection solutions across customer environments, taking projects from initial requirements through to successful delivery and handover. This role would suit an experienced backup engineer who has spent several years implementing and deploying enterprise backup solutions, rather than predominantly administering or supporting existing environments.Key Responsibilities of the Professional Services Engineer: Deploy and implement enterprise backup and data protection solutions.Deliver customer projects from initial requirements through to implementation and handover.Configure backup technologies across complex customer environments.Troubleshoot technical issues throughout the deployment lifecycle.Work directly with customers during implementations.Explain technical requirements and solutions clearly to customers.Work with vendor support and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.Produce technical and As-Built documentation following deployments.Work independently across customer projects and technical implementations.Understand how backup solutions integrate with wider ..... full job details .....
