About The Role

Fully RemoteOur client, a leading software firm, is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to act as the key link between their customers and internal teams. This role involves gathering and translating customer requirements into clear technical specifications, supporting software delivery, and ensuring smooth deployments.The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences, identifying potential issues before they arise, and helping colleagues better understand and support the product.Responsibilities

Engage with customers to capture requirements and future needsProduce clear technical specifications for bespoke solutionsSupport the development lifecycle and assist with deploymentsSkills and Experience
