Professional Services Consultant Remote London and Surrounding Areas (Client Sites) About Our Client Our client is a well-established and growing Managed Service Provider delivering enterprise-grade IT infrastructure, cloud and security solutions to a wide range of business clients. With a strong technical team and a reputation for excellent client service, they are now looking to add an experienced Professional Services Consultant to their delivery team. The Role This is a remote, hands-on technical delivery role at the heart of the Professional Services team. Your primary focus will be end-to-end project delivery and implementation taking technical projects from kick-off through to completion and handover across server infrastructure, networking, Azure, security services, and application deployments. You will typically manage between 5 8 active projects concurrently, coordinating internal technical resources and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track and on time. Alongside the core delivery focus, you will also be involved in pre-sales activity joining scoping meetings and producing Technical Request Documents but the primary emphasis of the role is technical delivery and project management. Solution design and architecture is handled by the Technical Architects. You will work closely with the Technical Director, Account Management, and Sales teams, and play a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting the wider technical team.
