You''ll be:Defending professional indemnity claims; including Solicitors, Accountants, Surveyors and those in construction and engineeringRunning a diverse caseload of disputesWorking closely with insurers on coverage issues under professional indemnity and financial lines policies, including matters with an international angleGetting exposure to claims involving financial services professionalsAssisting on more specialist work involving pensions professionalsGetting stuck into complex, strategic disputes that sit at the intersection of professional liability, financial services and pensionsExperience required: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal ExecutiveMinimum 3 years'' PQE Experience in professional indemnity (defendant experience ideal, but not essential)What''s on offer?Varied and interesting caseload from day oneExposure to specialist work ..... full job details .....
