Professional Indemnity Solicitor (Construction Disputes), 8+ PQE, London, £100-120K DOE. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 Tier 1 Professional Indemnity team. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high value construction-related professional indemnity claims within a growing national Insurance Disputes practice - JOB REF: THE ROLEThe successful candidate will focus on defending construction professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, in relation to complex and high-value professional indemnity claims. You will advise insurers on construction-related coverage matters and take responsibility for managing matters from inception through to resolution.Working alongside experienced Partners and colleagues across the wider Insurance Disputes team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of substantial matters, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. The role will also involve supervising and supporting junior fee earners. THE CANDIDATEApplications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 8+ years'' PQE and substantial experience in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation.
