Join a Legal 500 Tier 1 team and play a key role in the continued growth of its defendant Construction Insurance practice, advising leading insurers, managing general agents and Lloyd''s syndicates on complex, high-value professional indemnity claims and coverage matters - JOB REF: THE ROLEWorking within this dynamic and growing Construction Insurance team, you will play a key role in defending construction professionals including architects, engineers, contractors and consultants in complex, high-value professional indemnity claims. You will take ownership of challenging matters from strategy through to resolution, developing innovative litigation strategies and delivering commercially astute advice to a sophisticated client base.This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the market''s most interesting and complex construction disputes, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm''s national Insurance Disputes practice, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-value work, while also having the chance to supervise and support junior fee earners, playing a critical role in the continued growth of the team.
