The work is predominantly defendant-focused and will involve advising on professional negligence and coverage matters across a broad range of professions.Responsibilities will include: Managing your own caseload of professional indemnity matters with minimal supervision.Defending claims against construction professionals, including architects and engineers.Acting on claims against solicitors and other professional service providers.Advising insurers and insured clients on liability, coverage and reserves.Assisting partners on large-scale and technically complex litigation.Drafting reports, pleadings, correspondence and court documentation.Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, witnesses and other stakeholders.Supporting business development initiatives and client relationship management.Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, trainees and ..... full job details .....
