What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in delivering training, coaching, or supporting learning A confident communicator who can engage and inspire others Organised and able to manage multiple priorities Passionate about developing people and improving standards Knowledgeable or willing to learn about health & social care and CQC requirements Desirable Experience Experience in health and social care Experience designing training materials Understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and person-centred care A training qualification (or willingness to work towards one) Additional Requirements Willingness to travel between services Flexible and adaptable approach What We Offer Competitive salary...
