Production/Process Engineer

This is a genuinely exciting role for a practical, curious engineer who loves walking into a busy manufacturing environment, rolling up their sleeves and making things better. You ll join a growing, forward thinking manufacturing group producing a wide variety of products in small to large batch volumes. With a diverse mix of processes including injection moulding, additive manufacturing, and manual assembly, no two days will feel the same. The business is actively investing in process improvement and is looking for someone who can bring fresh eyes, challenge the way things are done, and drive both quick wins and longer term improvements across production. You ll have real autonomy, senior level backing, and the freedom to trial ideas, test processes, and improve systems without fear of failure. You will have a high impact role with real autonomy and trust, with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression potential. The opportunity to build and lead a team as the business grows.
