We''re looking for a hands-on, proactive Production Zone Leader to join a rapidly growing manufacturing team for an industry leader with a great reputation in Port Talbot. You''ll be leading from the front-making sure health & safety standards are met, quality stays high, and your team is engaged, trained, and working efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone with production leadership experience who enjoys coaching others, driving improvement, and making a real impact on day-to-day operations.

As Zone Leader you will:

• Take full ownership of H&S across your area

• Champion a "right first time" mindset

• Maintain strict safety and quality standards

• Oversee product sampling and sign-off procedures

• Coach and support team members to grow their skills

• Work with your teams to deliver measurable improvements

• Manage performance to maximise output and minimise downtime

• Uphold 5S standards (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain)

• Keep clear, accurate shift reports (H&S, performance, quality issues, etc.)

• Run daily team briefings to keep everyone aligned
