The team manufactures a wide range of advanced products, including:Satellite communication equipmentPower management and control systemsSurveillance equipmentCounter-IED systemsThe manufacturing operation covers electronic and electro-mechanical assembly, panel and cabinet wiring, and the testing of completed assemblies.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete complex cabinet, rack and box wiring using 22 AWG to 10 AWG cable and wire.Point to point wiring, cable crimping, looming and terminating work.Work across power, data and RF applications.Use a variety of crimping tools.Create, route and secure multi-cable harnesses and wiring looms.Assemble and terminate a wide range of electrical connectors, including: Military specification circular and rectangular connectors (MIL-DTL series)RF/coaxial connectors such as D-Types, BNC, TNC, SMA, and similar typesEnsure correct preparation, crimping, solder...
