You will be in a busy workshop environment and responsible for performing high-quality welds, using MIG and TIG techniques, to fabricate and assemble metal components. Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 7am-1pm Rate:- -15.19 Type: -Permanent- Location: Lye, DY9 Key Responsibilities: Execute precise MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials, including mild and hard steel. Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment efficiently Assist in the assembly of components, ensuring proper fit and finish according to engineering drawings and specifications. Welding mild and hard steel ranging from 2.5mm to 20mm. Ensuring tooling, jigs and fixtures are fit for purpose and meet production requirements to produce components to the required standard.
