Achieve and maintain acceptable quality levels, always striving for zero defect. Clean and tidy work cells. A highly motivated and well trained team within each cell. Reporting Structure Production Coordinator – Production Cell Leader – Production Supervisor Responsibilities Organise daily work for operators. Understand cell output requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in line with the production plan for that cell . Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the cell. Assist with the job training of operators within the cells Ability to undertake certain Syspro bookings Cover for cell leader (short term) e.g. Holiday periods. Capable of assessing and recording spoilage, in order to reduce costs.
