Production Utility Operator Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Newbridge, South Wales Permanent Full Time Mon to Thurs £28000 Main Purpose of Role Role out the direction/plan issued by the Cell Leader or Supervisor. Outcomes of Role Satisfied internal and external customers. Achieve and maintain acceptable quality levels, always striving for zero defect. Clean and tidy work cells. A highly motivated and well trained team within each cell. Reporting Structure Production Coordinator Production Cell Leader Production Supervisor Responsibilities Organise daily work for operators. Understand cell output requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in line with the production plan for that cell . Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the cell. Assist with the job training of operators within the cells Ability to undertake certain Syspro bookings Cover for cell leader (short term) e.g. Holiday periods. Capable of assessing and recording spoilage, in order to reduce costs. Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care. Any other duties deemed necessary.
