Production Test Operative

We are now recruiting for a Test Operative to join one of our clients based in Sunderland. This is a good opportunity for someone to settle into a long term role; it will start temporarily but transition to permanent position with the company after completing a qualifying period. Ideally you will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment but the most desirable trait to succeed in this role is attitude and reliability.

Main Duties:

• Fitting fixtures on to finished parts
• Testing products
• Carrying out water tests on parts and tubes
• Final details on products before going out for delivery

Essential Experience:

• Previous manufacturing / production experience
• Reliable
• Willing to learn

Desirable Experience:

• Experience working with metals
