We''re looking for someone who understands how production should run - and has the confidence and experience to make it better.Production Technician: 40,000- 45,000 Monday-Friday8:00am-4:30pm37.5 hoursPermanent Production Technician - The role:Set, adjust and change over production machineryFault-find and resolve issues to minimise downtimeIdentify causes of rejects and recurring production problemsImprove efficiency across filling, labelling and packaging machineryDrive continuous improvement and introduce better ways of workingDevelop SOPs and improve production processesSupport and develop less experienced Machine Setters and OperatorsProduction Technician - We''re looking for:Strong machine setting or production engineering experienceHands-on mechanical and fault-finding abilityExperience with filling, packaging or labelling machinery would be idealA strong continuous improvement mindsetOrganised, disciplined and confident challenging existing processesSomeone who takes ownership and solves problems rather than working around themThis is a genuine opportunity to make an impact within a growing manufacturing operation.
