Production Technician

A Creative Plant Display Technician is required to join a busy production team in Leeds. This is a temp to perm role, meaning you would be working through Sayjo Recruitment Ltd as a temporary worker in the first few weeks, with a view of being offered a permanent contract with our client-

The hours of work are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, working a 42.5 hours week.-

Duties will include:-

• Creating planting displays and green walls inline with customer orders and following diagrams. Ensuring meticulous attention to detail for plant names and codes and quality.-
• Design and create wooden-frames and use of power tools ensuring accurate measuring and quality.-
• Assisting in quality checks, plant maintenance and general warehouse duties.-
• Following strict health and safety standards.-
• Working to 5S working practice and high standards.-

We are looking for:-

• Basic joinery skills and power tools skills
• Working to fine detail in a bespoke design environment-
• Great team and communication skills-
• Ideally basic plant or gardening knowledge.-
