We are hiring for Product Technician to join a engineering team based in Woking. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical assembly, pipework, manufacturing, workshop, or engineering experience who enjoys hands-on work and is keen to develop new skills.

The role involves working on specialist gas pressure equipment used within the aviation sector, including gas cylinders, pressure vessels, valves, regulators, and associated pipework assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly, servicing and refurbishment of specialist engineering equipment.
• Working with pipework, valves, pressure vessels, regulators and gas cylinder systems.
• Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
• Carrying out testing, calibration and inspection activities.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records.
• Supporting continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience within engineering, manufacturing, assembly, workshop, aerospace, rail, automotive or similar environments.
• Ability to use hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
