Production Technician

A skilled Production Technician is needed by a well-established manufacturer based in Mildenhall, Suffolk, as they expand their operations. This role involves maintaining and enhancing machinery within both the Lathe and Assembly departments. Both AM and PM shifts are available, with a standard 40-hour workweek.Production Technician Duties?Maintaining and repairing multispindle lathe machines and automated assembly equipmentDiagnosing faults related to machine wear and product qualityAssisting with machine operation to support production output when neededInvestigating and implementing process improvements and cost-saving measuresProviding training and support for new and existing team membersUsing maintenance software to log and complete tasksWho are we looking for?
