Production Technician - Materials and Compounding - 12.21ph to 13.21ph - Braintree - TEMP TO PERM We are recruiting for a Production Technician - Materials and Compounding to join a well-regarded manufacturing company based in the Braintree area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career development for candidates with an interest or background in science, chemistry, or materials.Working as part of the compounding and production team, you''ll play a key role in the preparation, formulation, and handling of specialist materials used in high-performance products.A driving licence and own transport required due to location. Key Responsibilities of the Production Technician - Materials and Compounding:Assisting in the manufacturing of materials and product samples for internal or customer usePreparing and evaluating materials to meet detailed product specificationsMonitoring and managing stock levels of raw materials and compoundsWorking across departments, including support for RandD activitiesCompleting production paperwork and following technical instructionsAdhering to internal processes and safety procedures (ISO14001 and ISO45001)Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organisation in the work spaceSupporting junior team members when requiredWhat We''re Looking For:Interest or experience in a scientific, materials, or chemistry-based environment (i.e GCSEs/A Levels)Experience in Manufacturing and Production preferredBasic computer knowledge - particularly ..... full job details .....
