Production Technician Night Shift - Witney Oxford (YOU MUST BE IN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO WITNEY OXFORD) Peopleforce Recruitment are delighted to be supporting the expansion of a pharmaceutical and medical device global leader, in their search for a number of production technicians. As a production technician your role would work to be support the production and manufacturing process of specific medical device products. This role is an initial 6 month contract and will be extended if things go well. It is a temp to permanent position so after 1 year if you are excelling in the position you are likely to be offered the role permanently. The shift pattern runs on a 4 on 4 off basis. This means that if you were to start work on a Monday, you would work up until the Thursday, take Fri - Monday off and start work again on Tuesday. This includes weekends and bank holidays. Nightshifts: 7pm - 7am. The pay rate for Nightshifts is 16.49 per hour. We are looking for people who: Have previous manufacturing experience- Good manufacturing practise is essential Are great at communicating and have clear handwriting for report writing Are team players with good organisational skills Have basic math and recording abilities Have a GCSE in maths and English (or equivalent) Must be eligible to live and work in the UK Main responsibilities within the role: The set up and monitoring of machines- including noticing any issues and resolving these within a timely manner Using the HMIs ..... full job details .....
