Production Technician

Job title: Production TechnicianSalary: £27,000 £30,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:00pmLocation: Oxfordshire We are recruiting for a Production Technician to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a hands-on position suited to someone practical and detail-oriented, working across multiple stages of the production process. Key Responsibilities of Production TechnicianMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all timesFollow all company health and safety policies and proceduresSupport general manufacturing activities as directed by the line supervisorAssist with the production of sub-assemblies when requiredCarry out cutting, grinding, and coating processes on finished productsContribute to bonding and assembly processes as part of the build stagePrepare components and materials in line with production requirementsAssist in the finishing of moulded parts, ensuring high-quality workmanshipWork collaboratively with colleagues, including supporting and training new operatives Requirements of Production Technician A good level of general educationPrevious experience (2 years) in a manufacturing or production environment, or a relevant engineering qualification (e.g. BTEC) with practical experienceComfortable using hand tools and workshop power toolsPractical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently within a team and follow instructions What s on Offer for this Production Technician positionCompetitive ..... full job details .....
