Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Leicestershire, LE7

Shift:

• Option 1: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm
• Option 2: Tuesday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: -14.12 per hour

The Role:

We are looking for a Production Technician to join a busy manufacturing team operating within a regulated production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring automated production equipment, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up and operate automated production machinery.
• Monitor production processes and maintain efficient line performance.
• Complete production paperwork and accurately record manufacturing data.
• Carry out routine quality checks in line with company procedures.
• Identify and report machine faults or production issues.
• Support line changeovers and basic machine adjustments where required.
• Follow Health & Safety, GMP, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

You will be comfortable working to production targets, following processes accurately, and ensuring standards are maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Be mechanically minded, with an interest in understanding and operating machinery.
• Have experience working with automated equipment or production machinery (desirable).
• Be comfortable working to targets and deadlines within a busy environment.
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Be able to follow procedures and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
