Location: Telford
Salary: Starting salary of £35,115 per annum (rising to £43,486 once key competency levels are achieved)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 12-hour rotating shifts (Days & Nights, including weekends)

What You Will Do:

• Operate state-of-the-art, fully automated machinery that sets the company apart in the FMCG production industry.
• Lead a team of machine operators, providing training and driving performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Take ownership of the production line’s performance, actively solving problems and optimising efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes to boost productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety standards, maintaining the highest operational standards.
• Manage start-up and changeovers using standard operating procedures to keep production lines running seamlessly.

What You Will Bring:

• A strong technical mindset with a passion for working with machinery and solving problems.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment, ideally within the food or processing industry.
