Production Technician

Job Title: Production Technician (Assembly - Temporary)

Location: Crewkerne

Pay Rate: -12.21 per hour

Length of contract: 6 Months initially

Shift Pattern: Double shift rotation (06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 00:00

Overview:
We are currently seeking temporary Production Technicians to support our busy assembly areas. This number may increase depending on production demands. The ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing environment and preferably some exposure to engineering settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembly and production processes as directed
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Participate in training to become proficient in production tasks
• Work flexibly across shifts as required

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
• Experience in an engineering environment is desirable
• Good understanding of written and spoken English
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Additional Information:

• Temporary position with the potential for extension
• All necessary training will be provided
• Must be flexible to work both shift patterns on a rotation basis
