Production Technician

Key Responsibilities

1. Mechanical Manufacturing:

• Operate and work with a range of mechanical tools and equipment, including:

• Hand tools

• TIG welders

• Plasma and discharge welders

• Drills, lathes, and pipe threading machines

• Grinders, polishers, tube cutters, and sandblasting equipment

2. Electronic Sub-Assembly:

• Assemble sensor elements, thermocouples, and wiring looms using various techniques
• Perform in-line and end-of-line testing at all stages of the production process to ensure quality and functionality.

3. Cable and Sensor Preparation:

• Cut, coil, and prepare sensor cables using machine tools

• Sub-assemble plugs, sockets, connector heads, and cables

• Apply heat-shrink ID tags for identification and protection
