We''re currently partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Melksham, who are looking to expand their production team with skilled technicians.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong order book in 2025/2026, a great team environment, and a reputation for high-quality, specialist electronic products.What You''ll Be Doing:Assembling and manufacturing electronic products to specificationWorking with soldering irons, handheld crimp tools, and heat-shrink materialsReading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagramsFollowing build procedures and adhering to health and safety standardsCollaborating with the test team on inspections and in-process testingHighlighting and reporting any build issues to the Production SupervisorWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or production assemblyConfident with hand tools, soldering, and crimpingAble to follow technical instructions and engineering drawingsA qualification in Electronics or Engineering is advantageous but not essentialStrong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitudeWhat''s On Offer:Salary between 24,000 - 28,000 (depending on experience)28 days holidayCompany pension schemeFree on-site parkingDay shift hours ..... full job details .....
