Production Technician

Production Technician Cinderford Temporary ongoing - could lead to permanent (investment in FLT and other machinery licences) 14ph to 18ph Shifts - 3 shift pattern (Monday to Friday) This is an excellent opportunity to work for an lovely company in Cinderford. You will be working out of modern facilities with a record for high quality and thorough health and safety! The position You will be required to operate a range of bespoke machinery in a heavy plant environment. Following a set production process, you will be trained to operate a range of machinery and equipment. Spending time across all sections to ensure you understand the whole plant process. You will be required to operate FLT/VNA and sling/winch equipment on a daily basis, again full training will be provided. There is a huge emphasis on Health and Safety, so you will need to be safety and quality lead in everything you do.You will be working in small teams so teamwork, good communications skills are a must. Job Requirements Previous experience within a Manufacturing/Production environment, running a range of machinery. Hold a FLT Counterbalance license.(desirable)Health and safety mindset Desirable VNA License, Telescopic truck, sling or lifting qualifications.
