An established and growing manufacturer of high-precision scientific instrumentation is seeking a Production Technician to join its production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment, contributing to the build of advanced equipment used across research, industry, and academia.

As a Production Technician, you will support the assembly and preparation of components used in complex instrumentation. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to quality.

You will be responsible for carrying out production tasks efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards throughout the manufacturing process.

• Cleaning and preparing components prior to assembly
• Building wiring looms and mechanical sub-assemblies to specification
• Following standard operating procedures and engineering instructions
• Completing tasks accurately and within agreed timescales
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Using tools and equipment correctly, reporting any issues as needed
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets

Essential:

Desirable:

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or assembly
