Working closely with the Shift Manager, you ll champion continuous improvement, drive performance, and create a positive, engaged working culture.Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver KPIs across safety, quality, performance, and cost.Maintain compliance with all HSE, food safety, and quality standards ensuring the area is always audit-ready.Effectively manage waste, raw materials, and packaging usage to control costs.Drive continuous improvement through engagement, idea sharing, and data-driven problem solving.Promote teamwork, accountability, and high standards of hygiene and GMP across your area.
